When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Please note once you place your order:
- We cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.
- We cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed under any circumstance.
- For shipping to PO Boxes an additional cost might apply and we reserve the right to charge an additional cost in line with courier cost if it is more expensive than our standard and express delivery options.
UK Deliveries
We mainly use Evri for all UK deliveries.
We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.
You can track the status of a delivery via the Evri website using the tracking number in your order status email update: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will assist you further.
Please note that if a parcel is returned to sender at the fault of the customer, the cost of the return shipping fee will apply to the order refund. Alternatively, if the customer would prefer for the parcel to be resent, we can send an invoice for a reshipping cost.

Your item will be despatched between 1-2 working days after your order is placed. Delivery fees are charged at checkout.

We always do our best to ensure quick delivery. Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays or weather). Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for these delays, but we’ll always help you track your parcel where possible.
