Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every Boujee Athlete piece — but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to make a return within 14 days of purchase.

Please read our return terms below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Your order number must be clearly marked inside the parcel

Returns that do not meet this criteria may not be accepted. 

How to Make a Return

Please note: Returns and associated postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed or Tracked services and keeping your proof of postage.

  1. Request a return online from your customer account. Include your packing slip or note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
  2. Pack items in their original packaging in their original condition.
  3. Label the parcel with the return address and take it to the Post Office.
  4. Post using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed/Tracked only and keep your receipt. Other couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
  5. We must receive your parcel within 14 days of dispatch.
  6. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days.

Missing or delayed return parcels are the responsibility of the customer and should be resolved directly with the delivery provider.

Please note we only accept Royal Mail for all UK returns. Do not use Evri, DPD or any other courier as they will not ship to a PO box.

Return Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is damaged or faulty.

Return Window
Returns must be registered and posted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period may not be accepted and returned to you at your own cost.

Refunds
We aim to process all refunds within 7 - 14 working days of receiving and approving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you’re unable to return an item due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us — any extensions will be considered at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or sample sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging
