DELIVERY ADDRESS

When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.

Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note we cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed under any circumstance.

DPD Pricing

DPD Next Working Day UK Delivery £5.99

Saturday UK Delivery £8.99

This option is available for orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed for "Next Day" on a Friday Before 5PM will arrive Monday. Orders placed for "Next Day" over the weekend will arrive Tuesday. If you require a Saturday Delivery then please select "Saturday Delivery" at the checkout.

COURIERS

We use DPD for all UK deliveries.

We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.

All couriers are currently contactless delivery with GPS proof and will leave the parcel at the address given on the order. We do not take any responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will assist you further.

For most Worldwide Countries we use DPD, they will provide an email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and status.

Express Worldwide shipping is provided by DPD, they will provide a text and email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and delivery status.

If For any reason your parcel arrives Damaged, you must refuse the parcel with the courier. If you accept the parcel you are accepting this at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for lost items.

Please note we may change courier services at any given time due to processing.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to sender at the fault of the customer, for example a collection not being made from a collection point/no answer to delivery attempts/refusal of payment of import taxes and duties, a fee of £5.99 for UK customers or the cost of the return shipping fee will apply to the order refund. Alternatively, if the customer would prefer your parcel resending, we can send an invoice for a reshipping cost.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Your item will be despatched between 1-3 working days after your order is placed.

Standard Delivery then takes up to 7 working days in the UK.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

There is the option to purchase "Next Working Day" delivery in addition to the standard delivery (UK only).

Unfortunately the Next Working Day service is not available for customers in a BT postcode.

Except DHL which the Next Working Day Cut Off is 2pm.

Acts of God provisions, also called “Force Majeure”, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, snow or other natural disasters. In this instance if your delivery is delayed due to Force Majeure, it will be delivered as soon as it is viable.

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY

There is the option to purchase "Saturday" delivery in addition to the standard delivery (UK only).

This option is available for orders placed before 5pm on Fridays, unless Friday is a Bank holiday.

If Friday is a Bank Holiday and you require a Saturday delivery then you must select Saturday Delivery before 4pm Thursday.
